Club Level Concierge
The Lounge Level Concierge is tasked with responding to the requests of all guests in their assigned area. Concierge is responsible for ensuring the lounge is properly maintained at all times. Some of these duties include stocking all the self-service areas, cleaning up after guests, assisting with food service preparation, setting the area up for service, etc. Concierge must provide information about the local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations. It is the Concierge’s responsibility to keep the lounge running smoothly and do their best to make sure all guests leave satisfied.
